The SÍkora project team opted to place their APPROVED oríginally issued project ON HOLD during
SPRING of 2022. As the original home desígn was fully reviewed and completed prior to the HOLD, the
initial plan check fees collected based upon the originally designed square footage is fully expended.
Attached are the new AMENDED buílding plan square footage and building valuation calculations, for
which I am now basing the forthcoming remainíng buildíng permit fee as well as additional plans
examiners fee for a total of (5) hours spent reviewing and markíng up a new smaller home design.
Original Plan Check fee paid on January 7,2022 in the amount of 5L,519'54
Plus (5) hours @ rate of 5SO/ nour = $250.00 (for review of AMENDED PLANS)
Plus updated and corrected building permit fee cost of 5L,872.95 (for AMENDED PLAN design of building
to be ínspected during and throughout construction, with construction anticipated to break ground in
Spring zA23).
