ReadÍng through Luíza Petrovska's report dated June 29, 2A22 $ob 22-3628) she names a lower soíl bearing capacity of
2,000 psf.
Reading through Dale Kaup, Structural Engineer of Record, Sheet 53.1 {job number 2201.41stamped on 1A/12/2022-
General Notes 3. FOUNDATION lists an assumed maximum soil bearing capacity of 3,000 psf.
I need to receive a stamped letter or email confirmation from Dale Kaup, PE, expressing his origínal foundation design
lrom LA/t2/2022 for the KUSCHNER residence at Lot 68, Los Amigos Ranch stands same and can be accommodated with
lower 2,000 psf soil bearing OR to remit {2) sets of REVISED footing I foundation design pages for our further review.
