The project at 368 River Bend Way, Lot 92 lronbridge, has completed the structurql'systems to my satisfaction in
accordance to the permit set of drawings. Any additions, deletions, changes made during the construction process or items
queslioned by Garfield County lnspector Matt Provost, including the entry roof over-framing vs cut valleys, bolting of 4 ply
LVL's, one which was accepted via timberloks from both sides, garage window with roof beam load at end of header and
the omission of skylights where double LVL rafter layout continued were reviewed and approved by James Jackson
Romeo PE, the Structural Design Consultant.
