As requested, we reviewed the photos emailed us on November 27, 2022, of
the installed framing angles in the upper roof framing and the structural plans for the
house (Project No. DN50932.000, dated March 23, 2021, revised August 12, 2022).
The purpose of our review was to provide an opinion of the installed angle.
Simpson LS90 were callout out on the upper roof to support the 2x12’s around
the perimeter of the upper roof and the roof rafters parallel to the perimeter. Based
on the photos, it is our opinion that the LS90 angles at the upper roof were installed
in general conformance with the plans.
