This project will require that you call for: 1. Deck inspection once the layer of old roofing has been torn off. 2. Final inspection once the project has been completed. * Please note that at final inspection the inspector will need to have access inside of the home to check for carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.* If you have any questions on the requirements for carbon monoxide and smoke detectors please see the back of the attached document, “how to call for inspections.” Thank you for your submission.
