That is correct the pool and spa will have powered covers I have attached their UL safety certificate from the pool
installer.

I am working on review of the 3 buílding permit applications at Buck Point L708 CR 121.
RE: the outdoor in-ground poolfeature.
Am I correct, the owner's will install a listed POWERED SAFEW COVER to meet the code
requirement for a PüOL BARRIER? l'm not seeing a detail for pool fenclng on thelr
landscape plan, so want to confirm with you.
