Dear Ted,
The purpose of this letter is to provide you a concurrence letter regarding the construction of the OWTS for the
City of Glenwood Springs for their Electric Operations Headquarters located at 1616 Deveroux Road in Glenwood
Springs. The general contractor is D.M. Nueman while their installation subcontractor is Gould Construction.
Based upon our review of the work completed along with the on site testing, we can state that the system has
been installed in general conformance with our plans and specifications. Please note that we have attached a
copy of the as built drawing that reflects the actual locations of the system components for the OWTS.
