At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line, the new cleanout adjacent to the building, a new 1,000-gallon two-compartment septic tank with a filter in the effluent tee, distribution box, and two of the three chamber trenches. The contractor submitted photos to Garfield County showing the final trench installation. The septic tank and distribution box were installed level with access brought to grade. The chamber trenches were level, and each consisted of 20 Quick4 chambers for 60 total chambers (720 ft2). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Please provide an As-Built drawing of the system, when available, for our files.
