Section 9: NE1�4NE1�4 Garfield County, Colorado Dear Ms. Bower: Per the conditions of approval listed in the Resolution 2010-08 associated with the PA 41-9 pad location: 9. The Applicant shall be required to submit a report annually, until such time as the tivellpercl is released fi^om the COGCC reclamation bond, of the extraction and processing operation, ,for staff review. Upon review of any deficiencies pursuant to conditions of approval or other local, state, or federalpermits, Staff may fortivczrcl the report to the County Commissioners foj• full review of the Special Use Permit. On the PA 41-9 location, normal operations occurred this year which include the following: • 04/04/2022 PA 41-9 Pad Pre -emergent Treatment • 07/25)/2022 PA 41-9 Pad Noxious Weed Treatment (Scotch Thistle) O 08/23/2022 PA 41-9 Pad Noxious Weed Treatment (Scotch Thistle) There was no reclamation or workover activity on this pad for 2022. TEP personnel and contractors continually monitor and maintain production equipment, water removal, and production as needed. TEP has reviewed the conditions set forth in the Major Impact Review and remains compliant under the conditions of the resolution listed above.
