At the time of our site visit, the owner had installed the new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new concrete 1,000- gallon two-compartment septic tank, the new effluent line, and the four sequential gravelless chamber trenches. The septic tank was installed level with access brought to grade. An effluent filter had been installed in the outlet tee of the septic tank. The gravelless chamber trenches were also installed level. Two trenches consisted of 12 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers, one trench consisted of 13 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers, and one trench consisted of 14 Infiltrator Quick4 chambers (51 total chambers, 612 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports were present at each end of each trench. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. Please submit an As-built drawing of the system when available. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
