As requested, we have reviewed the new window and door openings discussed at the site on September L6,2O22. Our
review is based on discussions at the site and the as-built drawings received via email on September L6,2O22. The snow
load design used for this remodel is per SEAC Co lorodo Design Snow Loads 2076. Project specific parameters used in the
calculation are; Site Elevation = 6,500 ft, K = 20.5, A = 6.50. Utilizing the above noted parameters, ground snow load for the
site is calculated to be PE= 57 psf. ASCE 7 flat roof snow load for the site is therefore Pf = 40 psf,
