Will the garage main level / upper level pre-fab truss "storage" be heated conditioned space?L.a. lf so, what source of heating and fuel type do you intend to use?1.b. What insulation is proposed for floor / wall / ceiling assemblies? Same as per the house living? Or other?2. Viewing the architectural and structural plan sheets, it appear the occupant staircase leading from the garage to thestorage area above shall remain open and unseparated with no door enclosure nor fíre separation from the garagespace below? Correct?2.a. Please confirm the storage over the garage is intended to be an extension of the garãge space; not intended forfuture use as part of the R-3 residential living space?STRU TU RAL REI.ATED QUESTIONS:3. ls the storage above garage structurally designed for non-habitable limíted storage use only?
