SEPTIC TANK SHALL HAVE RISES OVER EACH ACCESS MANHOLE AND ALL RISERS SHALL EXTEND TO OR ABOVE FINAL GRADE. 13. THE OWNER SHALL VERIFY ADEQUATE SEPARATION DISTANCES FROM THE SYSTEM, PRIOR TO DRILLING ANY WELLS ON THE SITE 14. THE APPLICANT OR LICENSED INSTALLER SHALL NOTIFY THE COUNTY AND THE ENGINEER NO LESS THAN TWO BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A FINAL FIELD INSPECTION OF THE SYSTEM, PRIOR TO BACKFILLING THE SYSTEM. 15. THE APPLICANT OR LICENSED INSTALLER SHALL PROVIDE AN AS -BUILT DRAWING OF THE SYSTEM TO THE COUNTY AND ENGINEER, UPON COMPLETION. 16. PLACE 2" BLUE BOARD INSULATION ABOVE ALL PIPES WHENEVER DEPTH IS LESS THAN FROST DEPTH. 17. ALL SEWER LINES SHALL BE 4 -INCH DIAMETER POLYVINYL CHLORIDE PVC SCHEDULE 40, AND SHALL BE INSTALLED WITH MINIMUM SLOPES NO LESS AN 29 18. THE PROPERTY LINES AND IMPROVEMENTS SHOWN HEREON WERE OBTAINED FROM THE "RUIZ SOUTH MINOR SUBDIVISION' AS PREPARED BY BOOKCLIFF SURVEY SERVICES INC, DATED: 8/9/19 AND 2/18/20. 19. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS AND TOPOGRAPHIC CONTOUR INFORMATION WERE OBTAINED FROM THE "RUIZ A RESIDENCE" ARCHITECTURAL PLANS, AS PREPARED BY: KEN BYMAN, DATED: 3/2/22. ABSORPTION TRENCH NOTES 1. ABSORPTION TRENCH LATERALS SHALL NOT EXCEED 100 FEET IN LENGTH. 2. THE BOTTOM OF THE ABSORPTION TRENCHES SHALL BE LEVEL. 3. DRAINAGE DITCHES SHALL PROVIDED ABOVE AND AROUND TRENCHES, AS NECESSARY, TO PREVENT SURFACE RUNOFF FROM ENTERING ABSORPTION AREA. 4. CONTRACTOR SHALL SNAP OFF THE MOLDED SPLASH PLATES LOCATED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE END CAPS, AND INSTALL THE SPLASH PLATES AT THE APPROPRIATE SLOTS BELOW THE INLETS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION GUIDELINES. 9. CONTRACTOR SHALL ALIGN THE CHAMBER ROWS PARALLEL WITH THE THE CONTOURS OF THE EXISTING TERRAIN. THE CONTRACTOR MAY CURVE THE ALIGNMENT OF THE CHAMBER ROW, AS NECESSARY. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTALLATION GUIDELINES. 10. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND VERIFY A MINIMUM 4 FEET OF DEPTH, OR GREATER FROM THE BOTTOMS OF INSTALLED CHAMBERS TO CONFINING BEDROCK. 11. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND VERIFY A MINIMUM 12 INCHES OF COVER, OR GREATER FROM THE TOPS OF INSTALLED CHAMBERS TO FINISH GRADE. 12. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONNECT THE 4 INCH DIAMETER PVC THE DISTRIBUTION LATERAL PIPES AT THE MOLDED CIRCULAR BLOCK OUTS.
