CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. COMPLY WITH DETAILS ON A.1OOD
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 1.500 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT.
ó) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) A LOT lMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE -
INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS _ IS IN
COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND / OR BUILDING ENVELOPE
REOUIREMENTS.
