We are applying for a permit for a roof at our property, and it is my understanding that I need to
give my husband, Luis Del Rio, permission to sign for the permit and fill out any paperwork
necessary for this permit. My name is on the title, so I need to make sure he has proper written
permission to act on my behalf.
