The following insulation was installed by Mountain Peak Insulation LLP:
R-49 hybrid system (4.5 inches of foam)and R-19 unfaced batt insulation to house
R-28 Hybrid system (2.0 inches of foam) and R-13 unfaced batts to all 2x6 exterior walls
R-19 unfaced batt insulation to all 2x6 interior walls for sound
R-11 unfaced batt insulation to 2x4 interior walls for sound
R-19 roll insulation to crawl space walls mechanically fasten
R-15 Rock wool to crawl space ceiling per code mechanical room in crawler
6 mil vapor barrier to crawl space floor glued at stem walls and in between seems
R-38 Spray foam insulation to garage exterior ceiling (5.5 inches of foam0)
R-38 unfaced batt insulation to garage ceiling with living above
R-21 unfaced batt insulation to garage exterior walls with 6 mil vapor barrier
R-21 unfaced batt insulation to garage common wall with 6 mil vapor barrier
Fire foam penetrations doors, and windows Caulking stud packs top and bottom plates

Conformance with the current Energy Efficiency standards for the residential building Energy Code
