BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION,
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) PURSUANT TO ATTACHED RECORDED PLAT NOTE #ó -- AND A PROPOSED
BUILDING OVERALL FIRE AREA IN EXCESS OF 3,óOO SOUARE FEET -- THIS
PROPERTY SHALL INCLUDE A FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM. FIRE SPRINKLER
ROUGH-IN INSPECTION APPROVAL IS REOUIRED BEFORE FRAMING INSPECTION,
FINAL FIRE SPRINKLER APPROVAL REOUIRED PRIOR TO BUILDING FINAL /
CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. (SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS).
ó) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT lS REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION BY
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER. 1,200 PSF SOIL BEARING.
7) PRE-ENGINEERED ROOF TRUSSES HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAMING INSPECTION.
8) DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS: PROVIDE ENGINEER OF RECORD,S CHIMNEY
SUPPORT DETAIL FOR CUT STONE VENEER ABOVE ROOF ATTIME OF FRAMING
INSPECTION.
