Let this serve as confirmation that the Roaring Fork Water and Sanitation District now provides sewer
service to the property located at 280 Lariat Lane, Glenwood Springs CO 81601. Connection to our
sewer lines was made per the Special Fee and Cost Reimbursement Agreement and the Out -of -District
Sewer Service Agreement agreed upon by William K. McCarty 111 and Emily McCarty.
