BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WtLDFIRE MITIGATION REOUI REM ENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT AND STRUCTURAL FILL COMPACTION REPORT MUST
BE PREPARED BY THE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER OF RECORD. PROVIDE REPORTS
FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FOOTING INSPECTION. 3,OOO PSF SOIL BEARING
CAPACITY.
6) PRE-ENGTNEERED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT TIME
OF FRAME INSPECTION.
