BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REOUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION.
ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUIREMENTS: COMPLY WITH Wl LDFI RE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REQUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) HELTCAL ptER TNSTALLATTONS SHALL HAVE ON-SITE OBSERVATION BYTHE
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER OF RECORD. HELICAL PIER INSTALLATION REPORT
TO BE PROVIDED TO GARFIELD COUNry BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FRAMING
INSPECTION.
ó) DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS PERTAIN: NO GUARD / GUARDRAIL DETAILS
FURNISHED DURING BUILDING APPLICATION REVIEW. GUARDS MUST COMPLY
WITH 2015 IRC SECTION R312. PROVIDE GUARD DETAILS AT FRAMING
INSPECTION.
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION TO VERIFY DECK ADDITION - IS
WHOLLY CONTAINED WITHIN LOT 2ü PROPERTY BOUNDARIES.
