HELICAL PIER INSTALLATION REPORT TO BE PROVIDED TO GARFIELD COUNry BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FRAMING INSPECTION. ó) DEFERRED SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS PERTAIN: NO GUARD / GUARDRAIL DETAILS FURNISHED DURING BUILDING APPLICATION REVIEW. GUARDS MUST COMPLY WITH 2015 IRC SECTION R312. PROVIDE GUARD DETAILS AT FRAMING INSPECTION. 7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION TO VERIFY DECK ADDITION - IS WHOLLY CONTAINED WITHIN LOT 2ü PROPERTY BOUNDARIES.
