ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION REOUI REMENTS: COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION
AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO STATE FOREST SERVICE
AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT.
5) OPEN HOLE SOTLS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTTNG TNSPECTION 1500 PSF

GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING INSPECTOR DISCRETION - BASED UPON OBSERVED
SITE CONDITIONS -. TO REOUIRE SPECIAL INSPECTION FOR FIELD WELDING &
BOLTING. SPECIAL INSPECTOR REPORT MAY BE REOUESTED AT FRAMING
INSPECTION.
7) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED
GARAGE SHOP ONLY ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE
CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW
BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING
REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE
WORK.
B) ANY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY THAT CHANGES THE BASIC CHARACTER OR
TOPOGRAPHY OF THE NATURAL LAND LOCATED IN THE 1OO-YEAR FLOODPLAIN
MUST FIRST OBTAIN A'FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT'THROUGH GARFIELD
COUNTY'S PLANNING DEPT.
