We do not plan to install sprinklers at the residence. Per my conversation with Sam last Friday, I have aüached a letter from the architect explaining the oversight, and that we are not installing sprinklers. Could you please review this information and let me know if a note can be attached to the permit file, or if you require me to submit a Change Order for this? We inadvertently forgot to remove the fire suppression note on the cover sheet. lt should have read "lf required by code" and since Garfield County does not require automatic sprinkers on this project per Ordiance No. 2018-02 Section 903 which states Section 903 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEMS , Subsection 903.2 Where required is hereby amended to read as follows: 903.2 Where required.
