Main floor framing plan:
• 1. Perimeter PT at ledger and top of foundation has being tripled to achieve floor height.

Steel base plate, anchor:
• 1.Column’s base plate was modified for installation.

Beam buckets:
• 1. Dropped beam at crawlspace, buckets welded to columns on site.

Roof framing.
• 1. Roof members have been replaced for 9.25” ML
• 2. Headers connected to columns have been added for support at living/kitchen & hallway
• 3. (3) 9.5” ML headers have been installed to support trusses over east hallway (3)
areas.

Flat roof Wood I-joist
•1. Ledger has been screwed to face of 2x6 wall to support I-joist framing for flat roofs.

Holdown Details
•1. Holdown imbed anchor rod not in place, installed after concrete.

Floor joist headers
• 1. Floor headers have been installed for supports around openings.

Beam post
• 1. The column are installed and beam exceeds width of column, plywood blocks have
being installed between column and beam.
