Building Permit may be suspended or revoked, upon notfce from the County, lfthe locatlon, construction or üse
of the structure(s) and facllity(ies), described above, are not in compliance wfth County Regulation(s) or any

The Building Division will collôct a Plan Review feo at time of application submttbl. The permit fee, as
næll as any Road lmpact fees will be coü€cled whon the permit is issued.
The permlt appllcation must be slgned by the owner or by pereon havlng wrltten authortty ftom the ovrrner
to act as their reprssentstlve.
Buildlng cannot be occupled until a Certiffcate of Occupancy (CO) is issued. Using the building without a
CO wlll Þs considered an illegal occupancy and may be grounds for vacating the premises. (FinaUCO
inspection requilsments will be attacfted to your approved fieH set of plans.)
