RE: 453 Lions Ridge Road | Septic Tank Replacement | Repair Permit
To whom it may concern,
We will be moving forward as soon as possible with a septic tank replacement. Our
Tank is 40 years old, and the top of the tank is deteriorated, and we want to stay ahead
of a catastrophic failure. I am the applicant (homeowner permit) but Keith Mclaren - Dirt
Devil Excavation, will be subcontracted to conduct the excavation, and installation.
We will be replacing the existing concrete tank with a Norwesco 1000 gal. tank, and
risers. We plan to abandon the existing tank in place, and backfill the tank with the
excavation spoils. We plan to locate the new tank just downstream (directly south)
towards the leach field.
