Dear John, You graciously granted me an extension on my building permit inspection until May 15, 2023. It genuinely distresses me to have to request another extension. I am gradually getting better, but up and down a little bit. I am attaching a letter from the Lung Center at VVH substantiating my request. So as not to prolong this indefinitely, I am asking for just a three month extension from the May 15 deadline.Would you be so kind as to grant this request?Sincerely, Roger Eshelman
