we are writing thls letter on behalf of Burning Mountain land & Cattle, LLC, a Colorado llmlted liabllity
company whose address ls 450 Cgunty Road 229, Slli CO 81652 (,,Managlng Mqmbe/,), and the Town of
New Castle, Coloradq a home rule municipality whose address ls 450 W. Ma¡n Street, p,O. Box 9e New
Castle, CO 87647 (the "Town").We hereby authorize the grading permit applicatlon for the said property
and appoint the Roaring Fork Mountain Bike Associatlon ('RFMBA") to act as a representat¡ve for both
the Town of New Castle and Eurning Mountain land & Cattle, LLC.
As the Mgnggi¡g,[vlembgr, and the Trail Easement Agreement holder (the Town of New Castle), we
understand the importance of complying wlth regulatlons and obtaining the necessary permits
regardlng constructlon and grading work improvements. We have full confidence in the abilities of
RFMBA to represent our interests in matters related to this minor grading permit application, including
any communication with Garfield County author¡t¡es.
RFMBA has demonstrated a strong commitrnent to advocating for responsible and sustalnðble use of
our land and natural resources, and we are pleased to partner w¡th them on thls proJect. We trust that
they will work diligently to ensure that all requirements for the gradlng perm¡t application are met.
