The OWTS for the residence and Barn for this project was approved under SEPT-
6229. This permit (SEPT-7419) was to hook the main residence into the existing system,
which was already plumbed and sized for the residence. I have attached the final
acceptance letter for the system from the original OWTS installation for your records. I do
not think we need to issue a final acceptance letter for the final connection of the house to
the existing stub-out that was provided for the main residence to connect to the previously
approved OWTS. Let me know if you require further information related to this permit. I

Hello,
I have a Final on the Building permit for 9173 Hwy 82-Carbondale and ready to issue the C/O, but I
don’t have any PH approval letter or OBS letter from the engineer?
I see on the OWTS permit application that the description has hooked into existing system. Do we
need the letters to final the OWTS permit or not, since they used existing system?
