ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION &
CERTI FICATE OF OCCU PANCY.
4) WILDFIRE MITIGATION RECOMMENDATIONS: SHOULD COMPLYWITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS PER COLORADO
STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. PLEASE REFER TO THE
GARFIELD COUNry COMMUNIry DEVELOPMENT WEBSITE FOR ADDITIONAL
INFORMATION.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOTLS REPORT REOUTRED AT FOOTING TNSPECTION. 2.000 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF ENGINEER'S OBSERVATION REPORT
(TNCLUDtNG COMPACTION REPORT lF ANY STRUCTURAL FILL).
ó) SEPTIC SYSTEM REVIEW/ APPROVALS: PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION &

GARFIELD COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPT.
7) SHALL BE AT BUILDING INSPECTOR DISCRETION BASED ON OBSERVED
CONDITIONS TO REOUIRE ANY HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING AND FIELD WELDING
BE APPROVED BY SPECIAL INSPECTOR OR ENGINEER OF RECORD. SPECIAL
REPORT MAYBE REOUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION.

1. Grading at owner's risk pending building permit review'
2. Fire Vehicle Turn-Around to be constructed at time of building permit per Fire
District Comments.
3. Finat as-built easement for driveway shall be recorded prior to issuance of
certificate of occupancy for the home served by the driveway.
4. Re-vegetation and weed management çhall be required in acc,ordance with
County Vegetation Manager requirements with inspection and acceptance by the
County Vegetation Manager required prior to issuance of Certificate of
Occupancy for the home served by the driveway'
