GARAGE ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN
BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW BUILDING
PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING
