Thanks for CC: your response for Lot F-3 Aspen Glen fire sprinkler requ¡rements.Below is DRAFT CONDITION I propose to attach to the Simonetti building permit and issued FIELD COPY:Lot F-3 home design shall have a fire-sprinkler system installed in compliance with Aspen Glen PUD and Local Fire District.Contact Carbondale & Rural Fire Protection District (9701963-2491 for all fire-sprinkler permit, plan reviews and inspections.Fire sprinkler rough-in approval required by Fire District prior to scheduling Garfield County's framing inspection.Sprinkler Final sign-off required by Fire District prior to requesting Garfield County's building final / certificate of occupancy.Earlier today, I received (attached) message from general contractor, Gerd Zeller, affirming Simonetti's intention to install a fire-suppression system.Have you received written application or representation from a fire sprinkler installer stating they would be doing work for Simonetti, Lot F-3, Aspen Glen?Are you comfortable with this verbal commitment from Gerd Zeller, and the sprinkler permit / plans to follow?Wondering if you would like to see sprinkler plans or hired installer contract agreement before I release their building permit to start foundation work?Let me know what works best on your end,Thanks,Colleen WirthGarfield County Plans Examíner(970) 945-1377 ext16T0cwirth @ga rfi eld-county.com2
