RE: Inspection of Septic System Installation –
2 Bedroom Main House

Dear Brent:
At the request of Jeff Beaumont, the installer, and at your request, November 14, 2022
and on May 23, 2023, we visited your property on the 4C Ranch, County Road 312 (Garfield
Creek Road), PIN 218334300058, New Castle, Garfield County, Colorado. The purpose of our
site visits was to inspect the installation of the septic system. At the time of our first site visit the
house was not constructed yet, and for the second site visit the residence was under construction.
They installed the system in overall compliance with the septic system design, Drawing
No. 22-3619OWTS.dwg, dated May 31, 2022.
At the time of the three site visits, we observed the following:
They installed, 1000-gallons, two compartments, concrete, septic tank from Valley
Precast. The inlet and outlet of the tank had the T’s installed. In the outlet “T” there was an
effluent filter that will need to be maintained every six months. Cleanout was installed on the
building sewer line, on the west side of the building, near the southwest corner, as shown on the
attached as-built sketch.
Fifty (50), Q-4 Plus, Standard Infiltrator Chambers were installed in four trenches. with
twelve (12) infiltrators in the first three trenches and 14 chambers in the fourth trench. There was
a minimum of four feet separation between the trenches. Inspection ports were installed in the
end caps of the first and last infiltrator of each trench.
There is no other warranty either expressed or implied.
