The Ochkos have submitted a new OWTS site plan to meet the required setbacks
to the waterline that was discovered. Attached to this email, please find a Revised OWTS
permit for the proposed system at 4362 County Road 100 near Carbondale (SEPT-8030).
This should also allow John to re-issue their building permit. Please contact me with
questions.
