John, As requested we are e-mail requesting an extension to our building permit.
We are awaiting our final trim out from our electrician and his final inspection.
Once this is complete we will contact you for our final.

The code does allow extensions, there has to a justification in writing for the file.
We do allow e-mail requests for extensions. Please just send me an e-mail requesting an
extension with a reason and we can process the extension.

I spoke with him on the phone, he did not put reason in his email. Per Howard they ran out
of money exacerbated by inflation and then he had a hard time getting subs out to job site.
He is now ready to move forward and get job rapped up. His electrician won’t come out for
final inspection, until he gets permit date extended.
