This home was originally ordered to be placed in the City of New Castle. We have since decided not to build that project and the codecriteria is the same for the new location, see attached letter from Bonnavilla Homes.2. The Engineer of Record has reviewed the Bonneville plans stamped by the Colorado Division of Housing and has prepared sheet S.1 foundation andstructural general specification notes to reflect the intended home site specific soil conditions and site specific elevation data for Lot 2, GileadGardens. That is correct, however ure are awaiting updated plans with Mr Gutierrez changes. We anticipate those any day.3. Given recent verbal communication our Chief Building Official has received from permit applicant Reyes Gutierrez. We ask, has the Engineer of Recordreceived or been in communication with Reyes Gutierrez regarding his proposed foundation design change? lF, alternate CMU block design isapproved by the Engineer for Gutierrez foundation system, then please have the Engineer of Record supply (2) full size copies of REVISED wetstamped sheet S.1 , and include if any, alternate framing details apply to accommodate the on-site foundation connection to the Bonneville homeframing. As noted above this is in progress4. On May L2,2023 Clayton Homes general phone support has shared the originalShewana Lane sale fellthrough and that GUITIERREZ is indeed thecurrent client. As the Bonneville plans are already stamped by the CDOH, is there anything Clayton Homes needs in writing from the CDOHacknowledging this home will be placed in an alternate location for the Gutierrez applicant? No Will there be any concerns obtaining the requiredCDOH insignia sticker for the completed Bonneville home set by a CDOH third party inspector (or issues with self-certification from the submitted planset)?
