The Residence at Lot 26 in Ironbridge in Garfield County has completed the structural systems to my satisfaction in
accordance to the permit set of drawings. Any additions, deletions, or changes made during the construction process,
including the structural items listed in Matt M Provosts Correction Notice dated 5/30/23 were reviewed and approved by
James Jackson Romeo PE, the Structural Design Consultant.
