On October 26, 2021, we visited the site at 1109 Cattle Creek Ridge Road near
Carbondale in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation pursuant to OWTS
Permit # SEPT-7122. At the time of our site visit, the contractor had installed the new sewer line
and cleanout for the new connection to the existing OWTS at the site. The new sewer line had
adequate fall to the existing septic tank. Additionally, the connection to the tank appeared
secure at the time of our site visit. In our opinion, this system was installed in general
conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield
County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
