Jimmy,
On May 24, 2022, we visited the site of the Terui Residence under construction at TBD
County Road 237 near Silt in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the OWTS installation
pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-7699. At the time of our site visit, the owner had installed the
new sewer line and cleanout adjacent to the residence, the new poly 1,000-gallon two-
compartment septic tank followed by a 500-gallon pump chamber containing a pump package,
the new effluent line, the ADV, and the two pressure dosed beds. The septic tank, pump
chamber, and ADV were installed level with access brought to grade. An effluent filter had been
installed in the outlet tee of the septic tank. The beds were level. Each 10 ft by 27 ft Geomat bed
consisted of 3 laterals ending in flushing valves (525 ft2 total STA). Additionally, inspection ports
were present at each corner of each bed. In our opinion, this system was installed in general
conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield
County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit.
