We would like to have our application for the above mentioned project be reviewed as an
Administrative Review in accordance with the newly adopted/amended Section 7-701(A)(4)(B) ADU’s
associated with business/non-residential structures/uses.
We are also adding the following information to our Narrative for the project: The 4 planned units do not
exceed 1200 square feet in area (all 4 units are less than 1000 s.f. each), in compliance with Section 7-701, and
they are subordinate to the business use to serve as housing for workers (employee housing).
