To whom it may concern:
Please accept this letter as a confirmation that I have inspected the construction at the
address above for plan compliance. I made a fìnal walkthrough of the residence on August 29,
2022. Dave Cardiff of Dave Cardiff Construction Inc. was present. Three items listed here were
not included in the original plans:
1. Along grid 1, a shed roof was added behind the garage
2. Along grid 3, between Cand D a shed roof was added.
3. A beam was added in the roof framing along grid 6.
These items are clouded in the current plan submittal. All of the framing I observed
including these new items has been constructed according to plan. All of these meet code
structural requirements.
