ZONING REVIEWER NOTES from Plans Examiner's Desk:
On or around I2/OS12O22, General Contractor Dave Cardiffdelivered amended floor plans to
create an attached lower level apartment (with full síze kitchen appliances and cooktop). New
architectural drawings were accompanied by an HOA letter of approval dated September 2,
2A22 allawing development of the proposed apartment. On December 8,2A22 Colleen W¡rth,
plans Examiner, referred Ranch at Coulter Creek PUD GUIDE language to Sheryl Bower,
Community Development Director for further interpretation and feedback. AMENDED floor
plans were presented during December L3,2022 Community Development Dept Meeting
where proposed apartment was accepted by the Community Development Director.
Community Development Dírector defers decision to the Chief Building official who accepts the
proposed ADU square footage as submitted and not to exceed 1,OOO sq ft meosu red fram inside
walls of occupied spoce of the apartment. Community Development Director will not require
submissíon of the AMENDED PLANS under provisions of a "secondary dwelling unit". No
further land use administrative reviews or actíons are requested {nor requíred} at thís time.
