The following changes / clarifications are issued to all plan holders of record. It is to be the responsibility of all
bidders to read the entire bulletin and verify its applicability to their scope of work. Information provided here
supersedes all previously issued information.
Bulletin Description:
This bulletin incorporates PEMB column baseplates and building department responses.
Adjusted the parking from the east side of the building to the north.
Added a spandrel beam to CL C to support the 1 hour shaft wall separating the hangar and the lean-to.
Added a second ladder to the mechanical mezzanine.
Relocated the door to the boiler room and adjusted the boiler room partitions to 2-HR rated.
Added EV Parking and adjusted associated electrical service.
