3) WILDFIRE MITIGATION IS REAUIRED PURSUANT TO PLAT NOTE #ó (ATTACHED FOR REFERENCE):
COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE RECOMMENDATIONS COLORADO

OTHER PROJECTIONS _ COMPLIES WITH MINIMUM SETBACK OR BUILDING ENVELOPE REOMTS.
8) BUtLDING PERMtTAPPLTCATTON HAS BEEN PROCESSED CONCURRENT WITH AN ADMINISTRATIVE
APPROVAL GAPA-05.23-89ó5 FOR CONSIDERATION OF A SECONDARY DWELLING UNIT. SEE
ATTACHED DIRECTOR DECISION LÊTTER. WATER PUMP AND OUALIry TEST RESULTS TO BE
COMPLETED AND REPORT PLACED IN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FILE GAPA-05.23-89ó5 PRIOR TO
ISSUANCE OF THE CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
9) cARFtELD COUNTy BUTLDTNG DEPT. TNSPECTIONS TO TNCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
A. FOOTINGS DESIGNED AT 2,500 PSF, VERIFY 3ó INCH MINIMUM FROST DEPTH & UFERGROUND
INSTALLED, OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT PREPARED BY THE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER IS
REQUIRED AT FIRST FOOTING INSPECTION. OWNER BUILDER IS RESPONSIBLE TO NOTIFY THEIR
PROFESSIONAL GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER (KUMAR & ASSOCIATES)ONCE EXCAVATION OF THE
ACTUAL FOUNDATION AREA IS COMPLETED _ GEOTECH SHALL REVISITTHE JOB SITE TO
OBSERVE AND VERIFY ACTUAL SOIL CONDITIONS TO PREPARE THE "OPEN HOLE REPORT" FOR
THE OWNER - PROVIDE WRITTEN 'OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT'TO THE GARFIELD COUNTY
BUILDING INSPECTOR AT FOOTING INSPECTION.

C. SEPTIC SYSTEM CONNECTION
D. PLUMBING/GAS
E. IF ANY SITE FRAMING, STAIRS, GUARDS OR HANDRAILS.
