HAVE ENGTNEERING FOR INSPECTOR ATTIME OF FRAME INSPECTION. ó) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR IS REOUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE - INCLUDING PROPOSED ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS PURSUANT TO GARFIELD COUNTY LAND USE DEVELOPMENT CODE (LUDC TABLE 3-201: REOUIRED 10 FT SIDE YARD SETBACK APPLIES). 7) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED GARAGE SHOP ONLY ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE.
