yes, l,m still looking for something from the engineer in regards to the roof snow load design and compatible roof
trusses.
I shouldn't need anything further needed re: non-structural slab work.
I am not yet in the Glenwood office this morning (MDT)-- so have not yet seen a fullsíze view of Mr. DeCrow's latest
sent attachments.
Remaining Pf Roof Snow Load items can be sent when available.
Have a good holiday weekend !

I confirm that there will be no propan€ or natural gas Nines extended underneath or into the proposed pole barn.
I also confirm that there will be no mechanical furnace, boilers, wood or pellet stoves, fireplace, or radiant heat tubing
roughed in or installed under this permit.
I have also included updated plans for the concrete floor showing that it is not structural. I hope this helps'
Thank you for your consideration,
Brian DeCrow

The building permit application packet for DeCrow detached shop building at 248 Fox Ru,n Rd,
Rifle Colorado is currently being reviewed.
Below are a few questions to help understand the overallwork scope and an engineering
comment / correction for which we will need answered prior to issuing the building permit:
woRK scoPE CLARIFICATION QUESTION / COMMENTS:
L. May we confirm there is no proposed propane or natural gas supply lines or branch
piping extending inside the structure under the current permit?
Z. And the proposed building structure will have no permanent mechanical heating
furnace boilers, infloor radiant heat tubing, pellet / wood stoves, fireplace appliances
installed or roughed in under the current permit?
3. Cascade Construction description sheet references 4" concrete floor for 40x55 Post
Frame buitding rehar øt 24" grid. Please confirm concrete floor installation (by Cascade
Barns) will not pose conflict with starnped structural details from the Engineer of
Record? At first glance, we are presuming this floor is a non-structural slab
detail. please consult the Engineer of Record if any stamped foundation detail need
updating.
