However, no 52 and 53 details were included on plan sheet 51. The submitted plan sets include only Plan Sheet 51 FOUNDATION and the 8%xLL truss package. Are we missing some structural pages? I suspect there may be a separate 52 and 53 plan sheet that includes wall framing, header and ledger details, roof framing details, shear wall / nailing patterns, wood framing hanger, nailing, fastener connections, Engineer of Record's structural design criteria confirm proposed Roof Snow Load (Pf) as required at the site elevation, designed per 20L5 lnternational Residential code (lRC). REQUIRED CORRECTION: please re-submit {2} sets of FULL SIZE paper copies of missing structural pages / structural details to the Garfield County Comrnunity Developrnent front desk. Community Development is open to walk-in guests between 8:30 am - 4:00 pm weekdays. Submit new material: "Reference BLRE-05-23-8135 Fratzke, Attn: Colleen Wirth, Plans Examiner". The remainder of the architecturat and zoning compliance review has been completed with no requested corrections. Resubmission of architectural plans and/or site plan is not required nor requested at this time' To expedite completion of the project, please only resubmit missing structural pages / details. Appreciate your efforts in this home design, I look forward to seeing this project move forward.
