REVIEW
Courtesy Message for Froylan & Ponce Diance Coriaes Inc Project Team c/o Claytorr Ht¡¡¡res:
I am wrapping up the building and zoning compliance reviews for the new homesite at 7960 CR 301 and have
some questions concerning the site.
Unfortunately, no email contact is found for the subject property owner, so I am reaching out to Clayton
Homes to follow up on the owner's behalf.
Please send to the property owner if unable to answer for them.
ZONING AND LAND USE QUESTIONS ON SITE:
1. There are a few different references within the submitted site plans that allude to other structures on
the site. The main SITE PLAN dated 3/t7/23 shows "existing building 15'x 35"', "existing building L5'
diameter" and "existing building 2O' x 5O' " . The accompanying site details supporting a related
application for the onsite wastewater treatment system design seem to label an 'existing dry cabin'
roughly in same location as the existing building 15'x 35'.
