FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REOUIRED FOR FINAL
INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY,

LOT OWNER / GENERAL CONTRACTOR MUST COMPLY WITH WILDFIRE
MITIGATION AND DEFENSIBLE SPACE REOUIREMENTS PER COLORADO
STATE FOREST SERVICE AND LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT. SEE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT DEPT WEB SITE FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
5) OPEN-HOLE SOILS REPORT REOUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO
VERIFY 1,2OO PSF SOIL BEARING CAPACITY. PROVIDE COPY OF
cEorEcHNtcAL ENGTNEER',S REPORT (tNCLUDTNG COMPACTION REPORT
FOR ANY STRUCTURAL FILL) FOR BUILDING INSPECTOR REVIEW AT
FOOTING INSPECTION.
6) PRE FABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. HAVE ENGINEERING FOR INSPECTOR AT
TIME OF FRAME INSPECTION.
7) A LOT TMPROVEMENT CERTTF|CATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED
SURVEYOR, IS REOUIRED AT FOUDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY
STRUCTURE - INCLUDING PROPOSED ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND
OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING ENVELOPE
REOUIREMENTS.
