Hello John,
I am the GC for the renovation project at county road 103 4020 Crystal Springs Carbondale. Permit #
6924. We have had some issues with getting project completions. Family matters, Covid, Materials
inflation, to say the least. Not realizing permit would lapse and did as of 1-1-23. My question to you
is how to go about making this permit active again? We are near completion hopefully in the next 60
days and would like to get to CO on it. All the rough ins have been inspected and passed. If you could
let me know correct procedure to go through here to get permit active again much appreciated.
