5) OPEN HOLE SOILS REPORT tS REOUTRED AT FOOTING TNSPECTTON. 2000 PSF SOIL
BEARING CAPACIry. MUST INCLUDE GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERS COMPACTION
REPORT FOR ANY STRUCTURAL FILL.
ó) THE BUILDING STRUCTURE HAS BEEN REVIEWED AS A PRIVATE USE DETACHED
GARAGE AG BARN ONLY ACCESSORY TO THE MAIN RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE
CHANGE IN BUILDING OCCUPANCY OR USE, WILL FIRST BE SUBJECT TO A NEW
BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION AND REVIEW FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING
REGULATIONS, LAND USE & BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT AT TIME OF FUTURE
